how to prepare for the test effectively but also to help them build the English skills at their schools.

Test Prep Program Summary


English Proficiency

All international transfer applicants must demonstrate their proficiency in the English language by submitting official test scores from TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), IELTS (International English Language Testing System), or Duolingo. Please note that for those who apply for the School of General Studies of Columbia University or Yale College, they can submit official scores from Duolingo in lieu of TOEFL or IELTS. DYD’s Duolingo Prep Program is the world’s top and leading test program.


Ivy & Top Schools

Most Ivy schools and top schools require all transfer applicants to submit either all SAT or all ACT scores. In the case of considering applying for such highly competitive schools as Harvard, Stanford, or MIT, all transfer applicants must submit their official test scores from two or more SAT subject tests.
